J Bo: Lead Vocals / Guitar

J Bo has been professionally playing music since 2004 in Southern California at a variety of venues which include the world famous Whiskey A Go Go, The Viper Room, On the Rox and BB Kings with Jennifer Joseph. J Bo began his musical journey at age eleven in his school band playing woodwind and brass instruments. Through the years he experimented with many different instruments; bass guitar, drums and piano. He discovered his real passion, the guitar, which was introduced to him at thirteen after seeing his father performing in an original classic rock band. As his musical talents developed he began writing lyrics and melodies for his own original music.   For four years J Bo was the lead vocals and guitarist for the successful cover/original band BoxKutters which performed at various venues in Riverside and Orange County. He was also the lead guitarist in several original bands; XNO, Day Zero, Razner and presently his own original band Screams of Eternity. Through the years he has had the distinct opportunity of opening for Stephan Pearcy of RATT, Great White and L.A. Guns. Recently he has performed professionally overseas with the cover band The Experience at SAX nightclub at the Le Royal Meridan.  

 

 

Dana Poulson: Lead Vocals

Dana "started singing at the age of 2, but came out of her room when she was 11". Born in Orange, California, she was moved to Oklahoma at the age of 10 where she grew up on the stage. She has studied broadway, classical, country, R&B, and jazz and won various awards for Best Performer/Top Act.
For 10 years, Dana has been working professionally as a Featured Vocalist in shows like '50's At the Hop' and 'Lost in the 50's' in Branson, MO, 'Jukebox Journey' and 'Broadway on Bull St.' in Savannah, GA, and a variety of shows in the Nashville, TN area. In 2001, she spent a few months in Los Angeles and got to be a part of 'Bringin' Down the House', 'Austin Powers Goldmember', and many other features and television shows. In 2007, she starred in a horror film called "SIDESHO", which won "Best Feature" and "Best Soundtrack" at the Philadelphia Terror Film Festival.
She has recently returned to Orange County to continue her artistic pursuits and is so happy to be "home".
"I love music, to co-create with like-minded people, and I feel very blessed to have the experiences and life that I do. The road is not always easy, but sometimes the hard way is the more scenic route."

 

Jason Hawks: Drums / Vocals

Growing up on a farm in Illinois, Jason Hawks started playing drums at the age of six. Jason followed his dreams out to Los Angeles, CA. where he entered Musician's Institute's Percussion Institute of Technology. Jason has recently toured with Matthew and Gunnar Nelson of the multi-platinum act Nelson. Jason also has recorded and toured as a member of The Drew Davis Band. The DDB won the 2004 Colgate Country Showdown, which earned them the title The Best New Act in Country Music. Jason's other touring credits include Wayne Brady (of Let's Make A Deal & FOX's Don't Forget the Lyrics), Bransombe Richmond (of TV's Renegade) and country legend Johnny Lee. Jason was a founding member of LA club favorites Carbon 9 and recorded three critically acclaimed full length CD's with the band. He has performed regularly at Universal Studios Hollywood, Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm and with The Los Angeles King's as one of the LA Kings Drummers. Recently, Jason has worked with Allison Iraheta from American Idol and recorded with the guitar player from Michael Jacksons This is It, Orianthi. Jason currently resides in Los Angeles with his best friend, his wife of five years, Brianne, and a whole stable of animals.

 


Allen: Bass Guitar

Allen was raised in Napa Valley, CA. and was introduced to classical music at an early age by his parents. At age 6, he began taking piano lessons which gradually evolved into his passion, the bass guitar, by age 16. In college, Allen continued to pursue his career in music by learning music theory and expanding his knowledge in guitar, bass and piano. He has had the distinct pleasure of studying under legendary greats such as Kai Eckhardt, Rick Dunkin, Bjorn Englen and Larry Steen. One of his most influential mentors is Gary West, who has played with Guns and Roses, Doobie Bros and Bruce Springsteen. His musical influences and styles are quite impressive ranging from Chopin to Pantera. Allen is an energetic bass player and is a genuine crowd pleaser. He gets great satisfaction when the audience engages in the music with him on stage. Allen has performed with keyboardist Jack Maness of Sublime and Long Beach Dub All Stars, keyboardist and saxist Jeff Teczon of John Lee Hooker Jr. and well-known reggae artist Obeyjah. In addition, Allen has also performed at the El Ray Theatre, BB Kings, The Cat Club and Paiute Palace Casino. Allen currently resides in Southern California and enjoys spending time with his wife of 5 years, his American Bulldog “Dude” and long walks on the beach…
